尊敬的巴赫主席、女士们、先生们：

我代表中国政府和人民向在座的各位委员、各位朋友表达对北京举办2022年冬奥会最坚定的支持。2022年冬奥会在中国举办将有利于推动中华文明同世界各国文明交流互鉴，带动中国13亿多人关心、热爱、参与冰雪运动。让中国人民再次有机会为奥林匹克运动发展和奥林匹克精神传播做出贡献。

中国政府高度赞赏奥林匹克运动的价值观和国际奥委会的改革主张，将全面兑现每一项承诺，全方面践行奥林匹克2020议程。中国人民期盼和等待着这次机会，我相信如果各位选择北京，中国人民一定能在北京为世界奉献一届精彩、非凡、卓越的冬奥会！

President Thomas Bach, ladies and  gentlemen:

On behalf of the Chinese government and people, I wish to express to all the IOC members and friends present here our strongest support for Beijing's hosting of the 2022 Olympic Winter Games. The 2022 Olympic Winter Games if held in China will boost exchanges and mutual understanding between the Chinese and other civilizations of the world, encourage more than 1.3 billion Chinese to engage in winter sports with interest and passion, and give them yet another opportunity to help advance the Olympic Movement and promote the Olympic Spirit.  

The Chinese government highly appreciates the Olympic Values and IOC's initiative of reform. We will honor all the commitments we have made and fully implement the Olympic Agenda 2020. The Chinese people are looking forward to this opportunity. Let me assure you that if you choose Beijing the Chinese people will present to the world a fantastic extraordinary and excellent Olympic Winter Games in Beijing.

Monsieur le président Thomas Bach, Mesdames et Messieurs:

Au nom du gouvernement et du peuple chinois je voudrais affirmer devant tous les membres du CIO et tous les amis ici présents notre soutien le plus ferme à l'organisation par Beijing des Jeux Olympiques d'hiver de 2022. La tenue JO d'hiver de 2022 en Chine favorisera les échanges et l'inspiration mutuelle entre la civilisation chinoise et les autres civilisation dans le monde, mobilisera l'intérêt, l'enthousiasme et la participation des 1.3 milliard de chinois pour les sports d'hiver et donnera au peuple chinois une nouvelle occasion de contribuer au développement du movement olympique et au rayonnement de l'esprit olympique.

Le gouvernement chinois apprécie hautement les valeurs du mouvement olympiques et l'initiative de réforme du CIO. Il honorera intégralement tous ses engagements et mettra en œuvre sur tous les plans l'Agenda Olympicque 2020. Le peuple chinois souhaite et attend que lui soit donée cette occasion. J'ai la conviction que si vous chiosissez Beijing le peuple chinois appportera au monde une édition des JO d'hiver magnifique, extraodinaire et exceptionnelle.
